Established in 2021 in Geneva, Switzerland, CAGG is a non-profit organization that represents think tanks and other civil organizations from the Global South before European-based international organizations.

EMPOWER
We identify and secure international funding opportunities for our network.
PROMOTE
We organize activities to disseminate the results and impact of our network members' projects before international cooperation agencies and organisms of the United Nations ecosystem.
CONNECT
Maintain a directory which links developing world researchers and operational-level experts, according to their area of specialization, with each other and with donor organizations.
AMPLIFY
Publish an online English and Spanish-language forum which highlights and summarizes key research and projects being carried out amongst our network.
