PHILIP IBRAHIM KHAN
Philip is an experienced entrepreneur and social innovator with over 17 years living and working in emerging markets, principally in South Asia and Latin America. He co-founded a successful social enterprise bringing power generation and water purification solutions to Pakistan and is the owner/operator of a strategic consulting firm with multi-national clients. He also serves as a board member for non-profit organizations in Argentina and Mexico, fostering greater international collaboration and building brand presence. Philip holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of California, Davis; was a National Conference on Undergraduate Research Scholar; and holds credentials in Advanced Project Management from Stanford University and Public Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
GONZALO DIÉGUEZ
Gonzalo has 20 years of experience leading and managing nonprofits. He formerly served as the Director of the Public Management Program at CIPPEC and has served as a consultant to the Latin American Development Bank (CAF), Organization of Ibero-American States (OEI), Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), and Organization of American States (OAS). He is an Adjunct Professor and research fellow in Political Science with the University of Buenos Aires. Gonzalo conducted postgraduate work in Public Policy as a Fulbright Scholar at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and holds a Masters in Administration and Public Policy from the University of San Andres and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
MICAELA PETRUCCELLI
Micaela has several years of work experience with both nonprofit and multi-national commercial companies such as JP Morgan Chase. Her skills include conference and event organization, administrative management, production assurance, and professional translation for international business. She is a graduate of Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina where she studied English Translation.
LUIS ORLANDI
Luis is an accomplished specialist in fundraising, international cooperation, and public affairs boasting over 15 years of experience across multiple countries such as Argentina, Italy, Belgium and Spain. His extensive career includes serving as International Cooperation Director of the Government of the province of Buenos Aires and as the coordinator of international cooperation at CIPPEC, one of Argentina's leading think tanks. Currently, Luis plays a pivotal role in assisting numerous organizations by supporting their fundraising efforts, while also helping them develop effective business and resource mobilization strategies.His expertise in international funding, philanthropy, and establishing strategic alliances and partnerships makes him a valuable asset in achieving successful outcomes for organizations. Luis holds an MBA from the Bologna Business School, a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of Bologna, Italy and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Lujan's University in Argentina.
ALEXANDRA CARBALLO
Alexandra is a Political scientist and consultant specializing in strategic communication and marketing for the public sector and third sector organizations. With over 14 years of experience, Alexandra brings expertise in public policy, digital communication, and campaign development. She has a proven track record of creating impactful strategies and building strong brands for both government and non-profit entities, driving positive change through innovative communication solutions.
MARTIN HERNÁN CASTRO
Martin is a Professor at the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF), the International University of Applied Sciences, the Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology, and the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
More than 15 years of experience as a consultant and senior analyst for European Union projects in Honduras, responsible for drafting project proposals for European Commission tenders, at the EULAC Foundation for EU and CELAC countries, the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Costa Rica, Panama, and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean in Chile, the Inter-American Development Bank

AURORA MERCADÉ
Aurora is a Bachelor's degree with honors in International Relations and Political Science from the University of San Andrés in Argentina. I also have an MA in Conflict Resolution from the University of Bradford in England, a Rotary Pro Paz Mundial Scholarship, and a Master's degree in Journalism.
She is a specialist in peace studies and conflict resolution, humanitarian affairs, and designing public policies with an emphasis on education, health, social policies, and culture.
She has worked for more than 10 years as a conflict resolution expert in various NGOs and UN agencies.
She has also provided advisory services on humanitarian affairs management to government agencies as a consultant to the World Bank.
Aurora is also a professor at the University of Buenos Aires, Flacso University, and The Rotary Foundation.
JOSE MARIA GASPARIN
Jose is an Economist with extensive experience in economic analysis and fiscal policy.
Proven track record in leading macroeconomic analysis and public finance for international institutions and companies. Solid experience in economic modeling, supporting decision-making based on empirical data.
15 years of experience as a senior analyst at leading economic think tanks, universities, and as a consultant for UNICEF and the World Bank.
Master's degree in Public Administration and Development (University of Birmingham). Bachelor's degree in Economics (National University of Córdoba).
FERNANDO LAURÍA
Fernando LAURIA holds a law degree and a diploma in Port and Waterway Management from the University of Port of Spain.
I hold a master's degree in International Economics and Politics from the University of St Andrews.
He has over 15 years of experience in public service, holding management positions in ports and government offices for international trade, as well as in multinational shipping companies.
He has played a leading role in organizing more than 10 bilateral trade missions in Latin American and European countries.
