We partipated in the 2025 Public Innovation Congress #NovaGob2025 organized by the @NovaGob Foundation at the World Trade Center in Barcelona, presenting the Technical Report “Governance of public data in Argentina. Lessons learned for a successful digital transformation in Latin America.”
📑 🏢 This document, which we prepared together with Instituto de Investigación y Educación Económica and CIPPEC studies public data governance in Argentina, focusing on identifying lessons learned and organizational challenges for a successful digital transformation in the state bureaucracies of Latin American countries.
🔎 📊 It systematizes the analysis in four dimensions: 1) strategic functions of good data governance, 2) regulatory framework, 3) talent development, 4) interoperability
📉 🌎 It analyzes the systematized evidence on the levels of progress and implementation of the digital agenda in the countries of the region from a comparative perspective and identifies five experiences of digital transformation that can be replicated in various bureaucracies in Latin America.
