6-month asynchronous online course designed for working professionals with modules in:
- strategic communications
- evidence based decision making
- peer-coaching
- emotional intelligence,
- ethical leadership.

The class cohort will be composed of up to 50 early-mid career emerging leaders in the public and private sectors from across Africa.

💥 💯 Benefits of the CAGG Fellowship program:
✅ We will award up to 12 fellowships that cover the full course fees (USD $1060).
📌 Selected candidates will participate in a special monthly virtual seminar in which they will network with distinguished public policy and leadership experts from across the world.
💪 Fellows will receive extra mentorship designed to reinforce learning and encourage the application of new course concepts.
✔️ ⏭️ Eligibility criteria for CAGG Fellowship:
Candidates must be emerging leaders in the first half of their professional careers working in African government headquarters (i.e., the president's executive office) in the following selected countries: Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, and South Africa.
