Format and Contents
6-month asynchronous online course designed for working professionals with modules in
- strategic communications
- evidencebased decision making
- peer-coaching
- emotional intelligence,
- ethical leadership.
Cohort
The class cohort will be composed of up to 50 early-mid career emerging leaders in the public and private sectors from across Africa.
Host
The UONGOZI Institute, which has delivered executive education programs for over 22 years to more than 17,000 leaders in the government and private sector to date, and in partnership with the Finnish Institute of Public Management (HAUS).

Benefits of the CAGG Fellowship program:
We will award up to 12 fellowships that cover the full course fees (USD $1060).
Fellows will participate in a special monthly virtual seminar in which they will hear from, and network with, distinguished public policy and leadership experts from across the world.
Fellows will receive extra mentorship designed to reinforce learning and encourage the application of new course concepts.

Eligibility criteria for the CAGG Fellowship program:
Candidates must be emerging leaders in the first half of their professional careers working in African government headquarters (i.e., the office of the president, prime minister, etc.) in the following selected countries: Tanzania, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, and South Africa.
