The Center for Advocacy and Global Growth participated in the II National Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Public-Private Value Chains, held in San Juan, Argentina.

In partnership with Universidad Católica de Cuyo and the Poder Judicial de San Juan, CAGG led two high-level working sessions focused on digital innovation and technological development within the province’s mining sector.

The sessions convened senior public officials from the executive, legislative, and judicial branches, along with leading academic experts—including Maximiliano Campos Ríos, Elsa Estevez, and Mauro Solano—technology transfer institutions such as CEDyAT and the Instituto de Investigación y Educación Económica, private sector leaders from multinational corporations, startup founders such as Andrés Menegazzo, industry experts including Mauricio Mallea (Los Azules), and representatives from the Cámara Minera de San Juan.

Key outcomes included:

  • Alignment of institutional agendas, strengthening cross-sector collaboration

  • Identification of four high-potential projects with scalability and sustainability focus

  • Formation of two new public-private consortia

  • Advancement of funding pathways for capacity-building and technical assistance initiatives

  • Development of a 2026–2028 strategic roadmap with defined milestones and monitoring indicators

The program also featured expert sessions addressing the application of artificial intelligence in public policy, justice systems, and the future of mining, contributing to broader discussions on anticipatory governance and digital transformation.

These engagements underscore CAGG’s role in enabling multi-stakeholder collaboration and advancing innovation-driven development across Latin America.
